A letterpress artist and budding environmental activist, I create colourful, modern and sustainable letterpress artworks and art products that aim to reconnect people to the natural world around them. I’ve been working under the name Gingerly Press since 2013.

I make all of my original art prints, hand-bound journals, greeting cards, recipe cards, bags and more by letterpress printing the ‘old school’ way: meticulously assembling my designs with individual pieces of metal and wood type and running them through my antique printing presses in my studio in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA. While I love and honour the traditional letterpress printing methods dating back to Gutenberg (and even earlier in China) I also push the boundaries of the medium by including experimental collagraph printing from natural textures found on my adventures in the outdoors.
