I am a visual artist. I work in a combination of traditional and contemporary printmaking disciplines, including silk screen, linoleum and woodcut relief printing blended with hand-drawn illustration. My work is characterised by thoughtful colour palettes and a bold, graphic style. 

From a very young age, I dreamed of being an artist but was always discouraged from pursuing it as a career by school/university teachers and most family members. You know, that whole ‘There’s no money in being an artist, so what’s the point?’ speech. I am so proud to now be self-employed, printing original art, teaching printmaking courses, and printing tote bags and greeting cards. I’m only a year into running my small business but my five-year goal is to have my own print studio – which would probably be pink – and to sell my work in more UK galleries.
